EvolutionCo - Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery for multiple high-impact digital projects.
• Define, document, and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with design, technology, strategy, and content teams to ensure seamless alignment with project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing communications, expectations, and escalations to maintain strong relationships.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project health using KPIs and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to prevent delays or scope creep.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change management records.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in digital agencies, consultancies, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record managing complex digital projects involving web / app development, UX / UI workflows, and CMS / CRM platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to handle diverse teams and client interactions confidently.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
