Position - Team Lead (Channel Sales)
The Team Lead – Channel Sales is responsible for driving business growth by leading a team of Sourcing Managers who identify, acquire, and manage new property listings and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Residential Sales Sourcing Managers to meet individual and team targets.
Set clear KPIs and track daily / weekly performance reports.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify new residential projects and individual property listings.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation, pricing, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
