Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling health and motor insurance policies to individuals and businesses. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell health and motor insurance policies to customers through various channels (field sales, tele-sales, online platforms, etc.)
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients
• Provide detailed information about insurance policies, terms, and conditions
• Follow up with clients for renewals, queries, and policy servicing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated with insurance industry trends and products
• Build long-term relationships with customers to retain business

Fixed salary + Attractive incentives / commissions
