Role Overview :

The role of  Analyst  is designed for professionals seeking a  diversified exposure  across  valuation, financial due diligence, and investment banking . The candidate will be an integral part of deal execution — working on financial modeling, valuations, diligence, investor materials, and client engagement — offering a holistic foundation in transaction advisory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Valuation :
• Build and maintain financial models for valuation using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and asset-based methods.
• Support in preparing detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients and investors.
• Financial Due Diligence :
• Conduct financial statement reviews, working capital and cash flow analysis, and quality of earnings assessments.
• Identify key financial and business risks, normalization adjustments, and deal sensitivities.
• Prepare concise diligence reports and coordinate with client teams during transaction reviews.
• Investment Banking / Transaction Support :
• Assist in the execution of live M&A and fundraising mandates, including deal structuring, investor outreach, and transaction documentation.
• Prepare client materials such as teasers, information memorandums, pitch decks, and management presentations.
• Research & Analysis :
• Perform in-depth market, industry, and company research to support transaction hypotheses and valuation assumptions.
• Track investor activity, M&A trends, and comparable deal metrics.
• Client & Internal Coordination :
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure seamless delivery across valuation, diligence, and transaction mandates.
• Maintain trackers, timelines, and deliverables across multiple engagements.
