Product Design Leader

As a senior product designer, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end design for key product areas from concept to delivery.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Lead design and oversee the development of key product features from start to finish.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs that meet business goals and user needs.
• Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform future product development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product engineering and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
• Develop and maintain scalable design patterns and contribute to the design system.
• Advocate for users while balancing business and technical constraints.
• Help shape the organization's design processes, tools, and ways of working.
