Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer located in Mumbai . The Product Designer will be responsible for creating and improving the design of products, conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, developing visual designs, and collaborating with UX research to ensure user-centric designs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Product designing
• Skills in Visual Design and Product Design
• Proficiency in  Figma  (auto layout, components, variables, prototyping)
• Experience with Design Thinking and creating user-centric solutions
• Proficiency in conducting User Research and UX Research
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
• Experience in the financial or tech industry is a plus
