Senior Engineer Marine, REC

As a Senior Engineer - Marine REC you will be responsible for :

• Carrying out the design and review the work of Engineers and CAD technicians / modelers in the project team.
• Undertaking technical due diligence and maintaining quality of deliverables.
• Overseeing and troubleshooting the work of Marine structures design guide Assistant Engineers / Design Engineers in carrying out the design and preparation of the drawings and BIM models.
• Coordination with the project manager and design team for project planning / preparation of work schedules and work breakdown structure.
• Should take initiatives to develop Assistant Engineers / Design engineers and improve the quality of delivery of the team as a whole.
• Mentoring and supervising Assistant Engineers / Design Engineers and provide inputs to Team Lead / Project Manager / Technical Manager for the continued development of the staff in the team
