SAP BRIM / CM Consultant

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant to join our Telecom Billing team. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining mediation workflows within SAP BRIM, along with system audits, performance tuning, and best-practice alignment.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Convergent Mediation workflows.
• Administer, monitor, and optimize the CM platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow / application / code issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new billing models.
• Participate in discussions with business leads to gather requirements.
• Audit system integrator work to ensure SAP BRIM best practices.
• Mentor / train team members and provide technical guidance.
• Deliver solutions independently or by guiding a team.
