SAP BRIM Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Consultant with hands-on experience in one or more key BRIM modules.

The ideal candidate will have implementation or support experience in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), or Convergent Mediation (CMDR).

The candidate should be capable of independently handling tasks, working with clients directly, and contributing to complex SAP BRIM landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver end-to-end implementation and support for SAP BRIM solutions including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and support one or more of the following modules :
• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC)
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI)
• SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
• SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute (CMDR)
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement enhancements and custom developments in the BRIM landscape.
• Manage interfaces and integration between BRIM and external systems such as CRM, ERP, Payment Gateways, and third-party platforms.
• Provide detailed documentation including functional specifications, test cases, and user guides.
• Ensure smooth communication with business stakeholders and support teams.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues across BRIM modules and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP BRIM trends, features, and industry best practices.
