About the job :
Performance Marketing :
- Own and execute paid marketing strategy across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and affiliate platforms.
- Lead end-to-end campaign creationfrom audience segmentation and ad copy to creatives and landing page integration.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for improved CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends in ad platforms, targeting, and growth strategies.
- Conversion Funnel Focus : Drive full-funnel campaigns, cover awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention; apply testing methodologies like A / B or multivariate testing to improve landing page effectiveness.
- Budget Management : Take ownership of monthly / quarterly ad spends with authority to allocate budgets across platforms for maximum ROI.
- Compliance & Data Privacy : Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulations such as GDPR and Indias DPDP Act, maintaining strict data privacy standards.
Social Media Management :
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to strengthen brand presence.Manage day-to-day publishing, engagement, and community building across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter / X, Facebook, and YouTube.Create and oversee content calendars ensuring brand consistency and storytelling impact.Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers to create platform-specific content (posts, reels, shorts, stories).Track social performance (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize strategy accordingly.Build influencer and industry collaborations to extend reach.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
Setup and manage CRM automation to enable segmentation and personalized outreach.Configure workflows across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email for lead nurturing and re-engagement.Monitor engagement metrics, conversion rates, and attributed revenue to optimize customer journeys.Skills And Knowledge :
