Salesforce Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with strong pre-sales acumen. This role requires a trusted advisor capable of designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical delivery, and engaging with clients to translate complex business needs into impactful Salesforce architectures.

You will work closely with delivery and sales teams, driving solution strategy, ensuring successful project execution, and positioning Salesforce’s full suite of capabilities to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud).
• Create integration and application strategies to solve complex business challenges.
• Ensure architectural integrity and adherence to best practices, security standards, and Salesforce governance.
• Design and oversee technical implementations including Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Drive innovation through exploration of new Salesforce features, tools, and methodologies.
