Job Title : Admin & IT Executive

Location : Jaipur

Reports To : Managing Trustee

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

The Admin & IT Executive will be responsible for managing the overall administrative operations of the Trust, including maintenance of its properties, vehicles, and facilities, while also overseeing all IT and electronic systems such as CCTV, iOS devices, printers, and related equipment. The role requires a dependable, organized, and technically skilled individual capable of handling both operational and technical responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities A. Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administration and ensure smooth functioning of Trust offices and properties.
  • Oversee upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of Trust premises and facilities.
  • Maintain records and ensure timely servicing, insurance, and proper use of Trust vehicles.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office and maintenance supplies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of Trust records, agreements, and property-related files.
  • Assist the Managing Trustee in scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with departments or external parties.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, discipline, and administrative procedures.

B. IT & Electronic Systems

  • Manage and monitor all CCTV systems installed across Trust premises; ensure regular checks and footage backup.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot iOS devices, computers, printers, projectors, and other electronic equipment.
  • Coordinate with external technicians or service providers for IT and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure proper functioning of network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and related systems.
  • Keep an updated inventory of IT and electronic assets.
  • Implement data backup and basic cybersecurity measures.
  • Ensure smooth operation of access control, communication, and monitoring systems.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with background in IT, Computer Applications, or Administration.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative and / or IT roles.
  • Good knowledge of hardware maintenance, CCTV systems, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with iOS devices and Apple ecosystem.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
