About the role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & IT Executive to manage office administration and provide technical support across the organisation. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient facility and vendor management, and reliable IT infrastructure and support for the team. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, organised, and possess both administrative and technical skills.

Key Accountability & Responsibilities :

A. Administration Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for facilities, utilities, and housekeeping.
• Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Manage courier, printing, and general administrative support tasks.
• Maintain records of company assets, licenses, and agreements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards in the office.
