We're seeking an accomplished Executive Sourcing Specialist to focus on identifying and engaging top talent for our clients.

• SOURCE HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES using sourcing tools , job boards, and other channels to fill critical roles
• CONDUCT INITIAL CALLS to assess fit, interest, and availability of candidates
• MaintAIN ACTIVE COMMUNICATION with candidates throughout the hiring process
• KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system
• BUILD AND MANAGE PIPELINES for recurring and hard-to-fill positions

This role is hands-on, requiring a high volume of sourcing, outreach, and candidate calls. You'll play a key part in building strong pipelines and ensuring candidates are well-informed about opportunities.
