Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Pune. The US IT Recruiter will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top IT talent. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the offer process. The recruiter will also need to build and maintain a network of potential candidates to meet the organization’s talent needs.
