Job descriptionGraduate in any stream (design background preferred, not mandatory). 1.5 – 2.5 years of experience in a digital / creative / advertising agency. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, digital-first design, and print media work (brochures, posters, packaging, OOH, etc.). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; knowledge of Figma (or similar tools) is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL E) is an added edge. Comfortable collaborating across teams and open to constructive feedback. - Create visuals that stand out across web, mobile, print, and marketing campaigns.
- Keep our brand story consistent across every channel and touchpoint.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to turn ideas into bold designs.
- Prep files, export assets, and make handoffs smooth for developers, vendors, and printers.
- Experiment, play, and inject fresh ideas into our design language.
- Stay updated on design trends—and know when to break the rules.
