We are now looking for a motivated  Talent Acquisition Specialist  to join our team in India (Mumbai or Pune) and play a key role in building and supporting our global talent base while ensuring smooth office operations in India.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

Office & People Operations :

  • Oversee day-to-day office management and act as the primary HR contact for the Mumbai or Pune office.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training, development, and well-being programs.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation for employees.

    • HR Strategy & Global Support :

  • Collaborate implementing HR policies and practices across international offices.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development.
  • Act as a bridge between the office and global HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's (required)
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in HR management, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and office management.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices and multi-region HR compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
