Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will directly engage with prospective customers, understand their healthcare needs, and communicate the value of Even Healthcare’s offerings. Success in this position requires persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Please note : This is a performance-driven sales role. Meeting and exceeding targets is critical. Only individuals who consistently perform and deliver results will thrive and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
  • Educate customers on Even Healthcare’s membership plans and services.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to drive conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and one regional language (Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada) is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or subscription-based sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle objections, build trust, and close sales effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
