YASH Technologies - Salesforce Development Professional - Apex / Visual Force

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC).
• Implement Salesforce best practices across coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.
• Manage Salesforce org configurations, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and admins.
• Maintain proper documentation of all solutions and customizations.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing Salesforce Skills and Qualifications :
• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, etc.).
• Experience with CI / CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum development Qualifications :
