Job description

Role : Salesforce Insurance Cloud Developer - Technical Consultant

Exp : 5+

Type : Contract

Duration : 3 Months+ Extendable

We are looking for skilled Salesforce Insurance Cloud Developers / Technical Consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions for Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and Specialty Insurance carriers. You will use Omnistudio and native Industry Cloud functionality to configure policy, claims, and billing workflows that drive rapid, value-driven implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business and technical designs into Insurance Cloud configurations.
  • Configure Insurance-specific data models (Policy, Coverage, Claims, Billing, Party & Relationship).
  • Build insurance processes such as rating, quoting, underwriting, policy issuance, renewals, and claims management.
  • Develop Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) for insurance transactions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with policy administration, underwriting, actuarial, and claims systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Deliver across the full project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Share best practices and mentor client teams on Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio.

Required Qualifications

  • Omnistudio certification with hands-on experience (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
  • Salesforce Insurance Cloud or Industries CPQ certification / accreditation with proven project delivery.
  • 3+ years Salesforce project experience within the insurance domain (Life, Health, P&C, or Specialty).
  • Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration skills.
  • Experience integrating with policy / claims administration systems (REST / JSON, SOAP / XML).
  • Understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent client communication and Agile team experience.

    • Preferred

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Insurance CPQ for quoting / rating processes.
