Designation : Sales Manager - Closing (Luxury Residential Sales)
Job Location : SOBO
Budget : Max 15 to 20 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)
Shift : Dayshift - 6 days working with rostered week off (Sunday will be working)
- Qualifications & Skills :
- Education : Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : 10 to 12 years of core sales experience, specifically in residential real estate sales
- Skills :
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle clients across varied profiles, including NRIs, HNIs, and first-time buyers.
- Proficiency in Sales force (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, such as Sales force (SFDC).
- A sound understanding of real estate project approvals, RERA regulations, and payment plans.
- Position Summary :
- Manager – Sales (Closing) will be responsible for managing walk-in clients and converting qualified leads into successful sales closures. This role requires excellent sales acumen, a deep understanding of the market, strong interpersonal skills, and focus on creating a seamless buying experience for clients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate sales, a proven track record of closing deals, and hands-on expertise in Sales force CRM.
This is a client-facing role based at our project site, where you will act as the bridge between the organization and prospective homeowners, guiding them with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :_Client Engagement and Consultation : _
Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the project site, providing a detailed overview of the property, including features, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and payment schedules.Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client and provide personalized solutions to match their requirements.Conduct site visits and presentations to ensure prospective buyers are fully informed and comfortable with their purchasing decisions.Sales Pitch and Closing :Highlight project USPs, legal clearances, construction progress, and value propositions to instill buyer confidence.Address objections, clarify queries, and build trust through transparent and knowledgeable communication.Employ proven sales techniques and negotiation strategies to drive bookings and final closures.Ensure all documentation and payments are managed in coordination with the legal, finance, and CRM teams.Follow-Up and Conversion Management :Maintain a structured and timely follow-up plan to efficiently move leads through the sales funnel.Record all customer interactions, follow-up calls, meetings, negotiations, and final bookings using the Salesforce (SFDC) CRM platform.Monitor and track the status of each prospect in real-time to ensure no opportunity is missed.Cross-Functional Collaboration :Coordinate with the Marketing team to generate foot traffic through campaigns, referrals, and events.Work closely with the CRM, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth documentation, agreement signing, and post-sales client support.Provide customer feedback and sales insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement._Looking for Immediate Joiners_
