Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter, located in Pune. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks include identifying top IT professionals, engaging with potential candidates, conducting technical and non-technical interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment strategy guidance. The recruiter will ensure that both client and candidate experiences are efficient and effective.

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Technical Recruiting expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
