Min. 0-1 years’ experience in Business Operations / HR Recruitment / Digital Marketing. Skills & Competencies : Eager to learn, adaptable, and naturally curious with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Maintain a professional, approachable, and proactive demeanor in all interactions. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of Excel reporting and pivot tables. Comfortable participating in and contributing to discussions in meetings with clients, partners, or internal teams. Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English. Additional Information : Full-time | Chennai, India | Minimum 40 hours / week, Monday to Friday Compensation : During the program, the trainee will be paid a stipend of Rs. 15,000 / - per month. On successful completion of the trainee program with Positka, the trainee will be eligible to be absorbed as a full-time employee, subject to selection criteria and successful completion of our recruitment process.
