Learning Design Specialist

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Instructional design experience desired including high proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, and AI tools to produce voiceovers and write text, Office 365 Suite, and Adobe Acrobat PDR editing tools
• Digital Proficiency : High proficiency in digital communication tools and project management software to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment. Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional design theories and practices
• Ability to quickly synthesize and write course content based on input from subject matter experts, written material, previous training courses, interviews, etc.
• Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service. Ability to adapt to changing work hours as needed to meet project deadlines and collaborate with team members in different time zones.
• Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
