Job Description :

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with minimum 6-8 years of experience with SME skill in either of the following modules :

• Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
• Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence
• Oracle HCM Cloud Talent
• Good understanding of the Business Processes
• Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
• Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
• Ability to build / review functional design specification documents
• Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
• Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
• Has worked with small and large teams
• Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
