Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Windows-based products and solutions.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues and resolutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

Proven experience working with Windows products.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
