Join us to lead cutting-edge projects that transform industries.Job SummaryAs aDelivery Manager - Data & AI , you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects involving data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. Your role bridges technical execution, team leadership, and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryManage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure) for Data & AI initiatives.Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.Data & AI ExpertiseGuide teams in developing ML models, data pipelines, NLP, computer vision, and cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).Oversee data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and model deployment best practices.Team LeadershipLead cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews.Client EngagementAct as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.Translate technical concepts into business outcomes during stakeholder meetings.Risk & ComplianceIdentify risks (technical, operational, compliance) and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.Process ImprovementOptimize delivery processes and implement tools (Jira, Tableau, Power BI) for efficiency.Stay updated on emerging trends (Generative AI, MLOps) and integrate best practices.ReportingTrack KPIs (timeliness, budget, quality) and prepare executive reports.QualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.Experience : 10+ years in project management with a focus on Data / AI; proven track record in delivering scalable solutions.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), and data visualization tools.Knowledge of DevOps / MLOps pipelines and CI / CD frameworks.Soft Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Certifications : PMP, Scrum Master, AWS / Azure, or similar (preferred).Preferred QualificationsExperience in consulting or client-facing roles.Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and advanced analytics.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work on transformative AI projects.Inclusive culture promoting continuous learning
