Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced

Procurement Professional

to manage vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

ICT, AV,

and

technology procurement

, with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to drive cost efficiency while upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement procurement strategies for ICT and AV products, services, and projects.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and end-to-end procurement cycles.

Collaborate with project managers, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely procurement.

Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing data.

Stay updated with market trends, new products, and vendor offerings.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or related field.

3–7 years of experience in procurement (ICT / AV / technology industry preferred).

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
