Job Overview :

The Market Making Specialist will play a crucial role in the setup, onboarding, monitoring, and maintenance of our market making operations. While our Business Development (BD) team establishes deals and market making relationships, we need a proactive professional who can ensure the successful implementation and ongoing efficiency of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Market Making Setup :
• Develop and implement market making strategies for various cryptocurrency pairs
• Configure and optimize trading algorithms and systems for market making activities
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of market making tools
• Onboarding :
• Collaborate with the BD team to onboard new market making clients and partners
• Provide technical support and guidance during the onboarding process
• Ensure all systems and protocols are in place for new market making activities
• Monitoring and Maintenance :
• Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to maintain optimal performance
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on market making systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in real-time to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Collaboration and Communication :
• Work closely with internal teams, including BD, technical, and compliance, to align market making efforts with overall business goals
• Communicate effectively with external partners to maintain strong working relationships
• Provide regular updates and reports on market making performance to senior management
