Through the QAL Cadetship Program, you'll follow a structured development pathway tailored for high-potential civil engineering students. Enjoy the opportunity to rotate across various site functions, guided by a personalised development plan and mentorship from industry experts—all designed to help you grow both technically and professionally.
Delivered in partnership with Central Queensland University, this program builds your practical skills and career readiness, setting you up to apply for permanent positions at QAL through our Graduate Programs.
