Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business and product goals.
- Continuously improve testing efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Ensure best practices in test automation, CI / CD integration, and defect tracking.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure robust and testable software.

- Track and report quality metrics, defect trends, and test execution progress.

Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.Foster collaboration between quality, engineering, product management, and other teams toestablish seamless quality processes.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks with a focus on innovation and efficiency.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4+ years in a managerial or lead role.Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with other languages is a plus.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Expertise in CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (e. , Git).Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
