Within this ecosystem, cruising will be one of our flagship categories -spanning ocean, river, and expedition partners such as Ponant, Explora Journeys, Oceania, Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, and Seabourn.

As our Cruise Operations Specialist, you will manage end-to-end operational execution of cruise travel- covering pricing, booking systems, allocations, documentation, payments, and supplier coordination.

This is not a sales role. It’s designed for someone who understands the machinery behind flawless cruise delivery and can integrate seamlessly with a high-performing curation team from day one.

What You Will Do

Cruise Booking & Operations

• Manage end-to-end cruise operations- from quotation and booking to documentation, invoicing, and final confirmations.
• Work across systems like Amadeus Cruise, Polar Online, Cruising Power, Espresso , or equivalent GDS and DMC portals.
• Coordinate with global cruise partners for confirmations, group blocks, special requests, and post-booking support.
• Maintain updated rate sheets, offers, and inclusions for all preferred cruise partners.
