JOB DESCRIPTION – LEAD ANALYST TECH OPS

Configuration & Operational Reporting Responsibilities
- Lead complex Workday configuration efforts with little to no direction that are inclusive but not limited to operational requests, cyclical events, product support issues, business process optimization, new product initiatives, and ongoing maintenance to existing system configuration with in Workday
- Preferably have Workday config expertise in Learning & Talent space
- Consult, develop and modify operational business reports to meet evolving
- business needs
- Provide HR escalation support for research and issue resolution
- Own, advocate, and adhere to data, security and operational best practices within our technologies
Technical Acumen
Understand the workday technology in the industry and benchmark with other users to drive innovative technology solutionsUnderstanding of core technology solutions with an emphasis on interdependencies across various product areasCommunication
Own stakeholder relationship to understand holistic product initiatives that willinfluence prioritizationBuild strong partnerships and collaborate with the team, stakeholders, and Target TechProactively and independently identify, schedule, and lead conversations to bring stakeholders and partners together driving alignment on issues, ongoing projects, or new initiativesProject Management
Own documenting configuration deployment plans, regression test cases, andvalidation scenariosDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes,and procedures for a specific functional areaAbout the role :
This role provides functional expertise across Workday Configuration and reporting from
design to delivery supporting end-to-end project execution. It focuses on driving scalable,
secure, and efficient HR solutions through strong cross-functional collaboration, data
accuracy, and system optimization.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 10+ years of experience in relevant rolesExperience leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projectsProven ability to collaborate effectively to understand business initiatives andinfluence prioritization and delivery of workStrong ability to navigate complex problems and perform root cause analysisDemonstrated HR process and / or technology experience; Workday experience isrequired (for both internal and external candidates)Experience providing peer and partner leadershipUnderstanding of product methodologies (preferred)
