Position Overview — Account Manager & Technical Program Manager (TPM)
- The Account Manager & Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for driving some of our most complex, high-visibility, and high-impact programs. You will serve as the strategic bridge between customers, engineering teams, and senior leadership—ensuring flawless execution, predictable delivery, and exceptional customer success.
- In this role, you will own end-to-end program delivery : shaping technical direction, orchestrating cross-functional execution, resolving ambiguities, mitigating risks, and ensuring that programs meet quality, timelines, and business outcomes. This is a hands-on technical and leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, engineering-led environments.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Technical & Delivery Leadership
Own the complete development lifecycle of complex, scalable solutions with direct bottom-line impact.Partner with senior engineers and architects to define the best technical approach, design, and execution strategy.Drive engineering excellence by enforcing best practices across design, coding, documentation, testing, and release processes.Program & Project Management
Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs with clear accountability for timelines, quality, and customer outcomes.Manage feature planning, prioritization, roadmap alignment, and execution tracking across multiple teams.Ensure seamless stakeholder communication—internal and external—including status updates, risk assessments, and escalations.Oversee project governance, capacity planning, and coordination with distributed teams.Customer & Account Ownership
Own customer relationships at an operational and program level, ensuring high satisfaction and success.Convert customer needs into actionable engineering programs and ensure commitments are met.Proactively identify improvement opportunities, expansion possibilities, and delivery optimizations.Must-Have Skills :
12+ years of experience in Software Development, including 8+ years as a Technical Program Manager / Delivery Manager .Strong hands-on technical background , capable of engaging deeply with engineering teams.Solid experience with software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and test-driven development (TDD) .Technical experience with :Java , Linux , RDBMS
Designing and building web services
Developing highly scalable, distributed applications
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies— Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall .Knowledge of Big Data technologies and ML algorithms is a strong plus.Exceptional verbal and written communication , with the ability to influence and lead without authority.Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related technical degree.Location :
