Role Description

OFFICE-Based role; not Remote or Hybrid

Product Development experience required (We DO NOT Testing / Data Analyst experience)

This is a full-time

on-site

role for a Business Analyst at FinTech AI Innovations. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying trends and opportunities, and capturing, analysing granular product requirements at feature, functionality, epic, stories and acceptance criteria levels. We use the Atlassian stack (Jira / Confluence / etc) which you must be proficient in, including setting up workflows, grooming backlogs and prioritsing sprint / kanban deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product managers, and data scientists to gather and analyze business requirements, develop insights, and propose innovative solutions. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the company.

Qualifications (please don't apply if you don't have the following)

Mandatory :

Proven experience as a detail-oriented Product / Business Analyst - must have structured corporate experience of 3-5 years (5 years maximum) in a globally well-known Product company or Big 4.

Regulatory / Compliance background in FinTech, RegTech, TradeTech, TaxTech Strongly preferred

NOTE : We are NOT looking for a Manager. This is a hands-on Business / Product Analyst role. Only apply if you have this in your current role

Mandatory : Detailed strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and writing Epics, User stories, acceptance criteria with atomic attention to detail

Mandatory : Strong experience of Jira software including workflows & Confluence

Mandatory : Office-based role in North Bangalore

Experience of writing technical stories

Strongly preferred :

Experience in writing technical stories and acceptance criterai

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management

Understanding of financial and technological trends in the industry

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
