Assisting the line manager to perform their duties.Conducting Recruitment process for on-Roll and Off-Roll employees.Facilitate onboarding and Exit formalities.Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll of employeesHandling & management of all contractual Staff & Vendors.Attendance Management & record keeping of all employees.Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employeesPreparing all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates / attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the line manager.Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.Assistance for internal audit, maintaining the required records, and providing the data whenever required.Upkeeping employee personal files.Other duties or projects as assigned.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Post Graduation qualification in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed college or university in India / Overseas.
- Total experience of 1-2 years in relevant areas.
- Maximum 30 as on 01.07.2025
Benefits
- Rs. 3.5 lakh to Rs. 6.00 lakh per annum
