Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Support manpower planning and forecasting in coordination with the team leaders and managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — to ensure timely and effective staffing of fundraising teams.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and field networks.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.
HR Business Partnering & Operations (30%)
Act as a liaison between the HR department and the Retail Fundraising division to ensure smooth coordination and communication.Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, induction, and employee records management.Orient Fundraising staff about HR policies, initiatives, and updates.Identify and address talent gaps and skill requirements within the Retail Fundraising division.Coordinate with sales trainers to design and deliver relevant training programs for upskilling fundraising teams.Design employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction, morale, and retention.Address employee and manager concerns promptly, ensuring a healthy and inclusive workplace.Ensure compliance with WWF-India's HR policies, code of conduct, and statutory requirements.Undertake any other responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by the organisation.Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4–7 years of relevant HR experience, with sufficient exposure to recruitment and HR operations (preferably in sales, fundraising, or field-based roles).Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring and HR coordination.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset.Skills Required
