What we are looking for

Must Have

Design, install, and maintain the VMWare virtual infrastructure Perform system process analysis and optimize performance.

Monitor the VMWare environment to ensure its availability and reliability.

Excellent working knowledge of License management and MDM management.

Develop and manage Group Policy Objects to ensure secure and efficient system configurations

Excellent working knowledge of Backup and storage process

Develop and document standard operating procedures and protocols.

Good To Have

1. Knowledge of Backup and Storage

2. Knowledge of Host and Storage troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

VMWare Management : Design, install, and maintain the VMWare virtual infrastructure.

VDI Management :

Install and configure VMWare Horizon Agent on physical and virtual desktops.

GPO Management Develop and manage Group Policy Objects to ensure secure and efficient system configurations.

Certificates Management

Manage and troubleshoot issues related to digital certificates.

Server Monitoring :

Monitor endpoint performance and health, ensuring optimal operation and quick resolution of any issues(CPU, Memory Utilization)

L3 Troubleshooting :

Resolve issues escalated by lower tiers of support by troubleshooting complex cloud and virtualization issues.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Minimum Qualification :

15 years of full-time education
