The Role We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Product team, working on next-generation core banking solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong Italian language skills, a deep interest in product management, and a desire to contribute meaningfully in complex, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Help define and refine product requirements and user stories.
• Support product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and rollout.
• Participate in customer discussions, especially with Italian-speaking clients, and translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment across functions.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, especially in ambiguous or evolving areas where long term paths are not clearly defined.
• Embrace the opportunity to grow into a core product management role, with guidance and mentoring.
