About the Role :

Optus Housing is looking for an experienced and motivated

Real Estate Housing Specialist

who has in-depth knowledge of the

Gurgaon real estate market . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in property sales, client handling, and end-to-end deal closures in both residential and luxury segments.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, manage, and convert leads for residential and luxury projects in Gurgaon.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.

Stay updated on current property rates, market trends, and new project launches.

Negotiate deals and ensure smooth documentation and closure.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements : Graduate with

3–5 years of experience

in Gurgaon’s real estate market.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of DLF, M3M, Emaar, and other key developers / projects.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.

Must have own conveyance and good local market connections.
