Job Description :

1. The Engineering Manager should be client focus.

2. Accountable for end-to-end engineering delivery.

3. Demonstrate a critical partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Direct people management responsibility

5. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction.

6. Lead a Customer Delivery Team :

7. Enable a customer-oriented environment where team members can relentlessly work towards client goal.

8. Be a change agent to develop innovative ways to resolve their issues.

9. Continual Engineering Improvement :

10. Build a framework where the team not only works closely with clients addressing their complex issues but

invests in engineering practices such as daily scrum and triage meetings to deeply understand platform gaps based on feedback from

clients and insights gained while supporting them.

2. Create an environment that fosters innovative approaches to automating customer solutions.
