Role Overview

The Bangalore Client Experience Centre is a flagship destination for immersive client engagement, innovation, and digital transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive AV Support Specialist to lead and manage all aspects of AV and immersive technology support for client visits, executive briefings, live events, and studio productions—including Level 1 (L1) support and vendor coordination for our green room studio. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless, high-quality technology experiences for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be AV-certified, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate a passion for emerging technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), projection mapping, robotics, and advanced AV platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, operation, and support of all AV and immersive systems for client visits to the CEC, executive briefings, live events, and studio productions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AV-related queries, delivering polished, proactive, and professional support to clients, facilitators, and centre staff.
• Represent the centre with confidence and poise in front of clients and visitors, ensuring a consistently outstanding customer experience.
• Provide Level 1 (L1) support for the green room studio, including basic troubleshooting of broadcast cameras, chroma key (green screen) environments, lighting, audio, and streaming equipment; coordinate with specialist vendors and service providers for advanced studio support, maintenance, and upgrades; ensure the studio is ready for use, performing routine checks and escalating complex issues as required.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of AV technologies, including LED video walls, interactive touch displays, projectors, sound systems, digital signage, transparent OLEDs, spatial displays, and more.
• Support and maintain immersive and specialty systems such as holographic displays, Pufferfish spheres, Looking Glass 3D, AR / VR devices, and robotics (e.g., Temi, Unitree).
• Provide support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems and assist with Teams call setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Perform regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Liaise and coordinate with external AV vendors, technology partners, the backend AV specialist, and creative teams for advanced troubleshooting, warranty support, upgrades, new installations, continuous improvement initiatives, and to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and seamless integration of new technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of AV system configurations, cabling, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
