1. Experience in Mendix Architecture. 2. Experience in native and open apps in Mendix. 3. Experience with Mendix development including domain modelling, data model optimization, XPath, development for security and performance, page modelling, error handling, application logging, memory management and batch management, and document generation. 4. Ability to create test cases in order to test the automation with positive and negative scenarios. 5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance. 6. Should have excellent communication skill and time management skill. 7. Be at least Mendix Advancd Developer certified 8. Should be able to work in a team or as an individual - should be a Proactive.
