Job Description

The IMG Ford.com Analyst & Program Manager is a key contributor to the team shaping experiences on ford.com. This role will provide crucial support to the Product Manager, assisting in the execution of global digital experiences in IMG and analyzing performance data across various IMG markets. The successful candidate will help translate user insights and market wants into actionable improvements, playing a vital role in rolling out digital experiences and enhancing revenue generation through seamless online experiences. This position requires a self-starter with strong project management skills, a keen analytical mind, and excellent cross-geographical coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Management Support :
• Assist the Product Manager in developing and maintaining the digital product roadmap and backlog for ford.com.
• Support the creation of detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on user needs and business objectives.
• Help track product development progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Rollout Of Digital Experiences :
• Actively participate in the coordination and rollout of new digital experiences across various IMG markets on ford.com.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with global marketing, regional marketing and IT to ensure market-specific requirements, localization, and compliance are addressed.
• Support the Product Manager in managing deployment schedules, stakeholder communications, and post-launch monitoring.
• Data Analysis & User Understanding :
• Assist in analysing data from ford.com (e.g., web analytics, user behaviour, A / B test results) to gain deep user understanding for digital &aposbuy&apos journeys.
• Help conduct competitive benchmarking of digital experiences and identify emerging market wants and digital trends.
• Contribute to regular performance reporting, helping to identify insights and opportunities for optimization within the digital purchase funnel
• Funnel Metric Improvement & Lead Generation Support :
• Support initiatives aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the digital purchase funnel, such as conversion rates, engagement, and online sales completion.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the digital journeys to enhance the quality and volume of online transactions and associated revenue.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and digital operations teams to ensure alignment on digital experience goals.
• Project Management & Cross-Geographical Coordination :
• Serve as a key point of contact for project-related communications, updates, and issue resolution with global teams.
• Maintain project documentation, track tasks, and manage timelines to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.
