Fragrance and Flavor Compounder

Role Description :

This is a full time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Junior Executive. The Junior Executive will be responsible for producing customized compounds for use in various fragrance and flavor products in Sample Lab. Daily tasks include measuring ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the final product.

Experience : 2-4 Years (Flavors & Fragrance Industry Only)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with compounding and mixing ingredients for the fragrance, flavor, pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo
• Experience with quality control processes and lab safety procedures
• Ability to accurately follow SOP and measure ingredients
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with inventory management and record keeping
• Raw material and Finished Good Sampling.
• Operation and Calibration of Equipment like Weighing balance, Humidity Meters, RI and other Industrial Equipment's.
• Handling and Storage of All Raw material as per Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
• Gas Chromatography and QC Equipment Knowledge is Added Advantage.
• Person Should be independent Contributor as well as team Player.
