MetaMorph is on the lookout for an Immediate Joiner – Research Associate (Research & Consulting, Acquisition & Aquihire) to be part of our journey in empowering startups and shaping the future of work.

About the Role :

This role will be pivotal in driving our consulting projects through data-driven insights, in-depth research, and impactful reports . You'll get to work closely on HR trends, best practices, and contribute to our thought leadership.

What You'll Do :

Conduct research on HR trends, talent acquisition, and consulting topics
Analyze qualitative & quantitative data for key insights
Support client projects with research and data analysis
Help the Talent Acquisition team with research-driven insights for sourcing and market mapping
Design and develop visually engaging reports & presentations
Contribute to thought leadership content (white papers, articles, etc.)

What We're Looking For :

1–3 years of research experience (HR consulting or talent acquisition research preferred)

Strong research & data analysis skills (Excel / SPSS proficiency)

Excellent communication & report design abilities

Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset

Immediate availability to join

Location : Gurgaon
