Manager- International Skilling

We’re hiring for our International Skilling vertical at LeadSpire Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (LCPL).

LCPL partners with global governments, training bodies, and employers to design and deliver workforce mobility programs that bridge India’s talent to international demand. We’re building the next phase of this vertical — and looking for strong leaders to drive it.

1. Business Head – International Skilling

Experience : 15+ years |

Location : Delhi / Mumbai

A strategic leadership role to build and scale LCPL’s international skilling business. You’ll own partnerships, delivery, and impact across the full lifecycle — from project acquisition to global placement.

Key scope :

Lead business strategy, partnerships, and delivery for international skilling projects.

Build relationships with global employers, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.

Oversee mobilization, training, and placement outcomes end-to-end.

Drive operational excellence, compliance, and profitability across regions.

2. Mobilization Lead – International Skilling

Experience : 15+ years |

Location : Delhi / Mumbai

Responsible for leading mobilization across multiple states for international workforce programs. You’ll build the candidate funnel, manage outreach networks, and ensure state-wise delivery readiness.

Key scope :

Design and implement national mobilization strategies for international mandates.

Build and manage ground networks with training and community partners.

Track pipeline metrics to align supply with project timelines and targets.

3. Placement Lead – International Skilling

Experience : 15+ years |

Location : Delhi / Mumbai

Own the international placement process — from employer engagement to candidate onboarding. The goal : build sustainable, repeatable placement pathways across countries and job categories.

Key scope :

Identify and onboard global employers and recruitment partners.

Ensure alignment between training outcomes and international job standards.

Manage placement documentation, compliance, and candidate readiness.
