Presales Solutions Architect

Available Locations : Chennai, Bangalore & Noida

We are hiring a Presales Solution Architect to drive solutioning, digital transformation , and presales consulting for global clients. The role involves responding to RFP s, preparing proposals, and designing scalable solutions around workflow optimization, analytics, RPA , and Agentic AI . Youll collaborate with sales and delivery teams to build value-driven, innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality responses for RFPs / RFI s and solution documents.

Drive workflow optimization and BPO transformation initiatives.

Design automation-led solutions using RPA & AI .

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver value-based solutions.

Requirements

8+ years experience in presales / solution architecture / consulting .

Strong background in BPO , automation, and digital transformation.

Hands-on exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
