Job description8+ years of recruiting experience in mid-to-large organizations. Relentless focus on finding the best talent using diverse platforms and techniques. Strong rapport-building skills with hiring managers. Proven ability to assess talent using formal methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Deep business acumen and understanding of the enterprise software industry. Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple client demands.

You are great at :
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through strategic talent decisions.
- Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for our most critical roles.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and uncover top talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Champion our talent brand and "Best Place to Work" values.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment excellence.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor insights, and industry shifts.
- Leverage global ATS and cutting-edge talent acquisition tools.
