About the Role :
- The ASM - Individual Contributor is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring service delivery across commercial or residential business profiles.
- The person will report to the ABM / BM. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :
Business Development (Sales)
Achieve business targets as per the approved business plan of the branchDrive sales promotion activities in the assigned territoryEnsure all Sales KPIs are met on a month-on-month basisIdentify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiry calls within a specific timeframeMaximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed ordersEnsure contract renewals are in line with company expectationsMonitor market developments and identify new business opportunities within the territoryCustomer Service
Ensure high quality of service delivery to customersMaintain strong and professional relationships with clientsPrepare and submit timely reports to customersAddress and help resolve customer complaints in coordination with Operations and Back OfficeConduct detailed site inspections / SRAs at client locationsGenerate customer quotations using the systemShare customer feedback with the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from RBU / CBU clientsAdministration & Accounts
Ensure timely submission of invoices and obtain necessary acknowledgementsCoordinate with the back office for accurate and timely invoicingShare customer costings and expectations with Operations before service deliveryEnsure all collections are submitted to the back office within 24 hoursReview daily billing and collections with the back office teamMaintaining Systems and MIS
Ensure timely updates in sales-related systemsPrepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reportsMaintain an updated customer databaseSet and manage correct customer expectations regarding pest management servicesCapture accurate customer detailsPromote and sell service visits as per iCABS frequencies to enable timely service calendar planningShare the cost sheet and material details with Operations; communicate customer expectations before service deliveryEnsure new sales are visible in iCABS before execution and properly scheduled in consultation with Service PlannersAvoid making service scheduling commitments to customers without planner coordinationKey Result Areas :
